Many have probably heard about this technique, but unfortunately not everyone uses it, although it can be easily added to morning exercises. This gymnastics is based on tapping the heels on the floor. But, even such a simple exercise, in order to be beneficial, should be performed correctly.

Stand up straight on a flat surface. Slowly lift your heels off the floor literally 1 cm, then firmly, but not abruptly, lower your heels to the floor.

Concussions should be the same as when running with a frequency of 1 time per second. Take 30 leisurely tapping with your heels on the floor, followed by a 5-10 second break.

When the heels hit the floor, the blood in the veins receives an additional impetus to move upward, and venous circulation improves. As a result of such a shake-up, blood circulation throughout the body is improved, the accumulation of toxins is eliminated and the body is rejuvenated.

But, before you start performing this gymnastics, it is worth consulting with a doctor, because despite all its usefulness, it is not recommended to perform the exercise in some cases.
