Cool the broth naturally to a temperature tolerable for the skin, pour into the pelvis and steam the legs for about 20 minutes. As the broth cools, add hot water.

Then dry your feet with a paper towel and grease with a previously prepared ointment (1 tablespoon of glycerin and 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar). Lubricate the nail and the entire area around it with the resulting mixture.

After a couple of hours, wash your feet with tar soap.
It is necessary to lubricate the nails with such a mixture every day, preferably at night.

It is imperative to put on clean socks every day, which have been washed with laundry or tar soap. Once a week, treat all indoor and weekend shoes from the inside with alcohol or vinegar, if possible, expose to frost.

During the treatment, there are no contraindications to regularly eat garlic or onions, which have an antiseptic effect.
