Hello dear subscribers and guests of the Health underfoot channel!
The brain, like the body, needs a warm-up, due to which the risk of many diseases is reduced: senile dementia, sclerosis, Alzheimer's disease, etc.
In today's article, I decided to share interesting exercises that perfectly train the brain and develop memory.
Many exercises look simple at first glance, but they are not so easy to perform.
In the process of execution, both hemispheres of the brain are trained and all 5 senses are involved.
You can perform all the exercises at any time, but the main thing is to regularly, spending 1 minute on each.
Exercise 1
Here is a multi-colored text to read.
But the trick is to read not what is written, but to name the corresponding color.
Example: Blue, yellow, red, black, black, yellow, green ...
As a rule, already on the second line a person gets confused. When all the colors are named without hesitation, you can start reading the colors from the end.
Exercise 2
Place the palm of one hand under your chin, squeeze the palm of the opposite hand into a fist and place it on your chest (see. (see figure).
Now you need to quickly and without hesitation change the position of the hands.
Exercise # 3
Stretch out both hands in front of you, clench them into a fist. Now extend the thumb on one of the hands, as if showing "class".
Then we quickly do cotton and the opposite hand shows the class.
Exercise 4
Put a piece of paper in front of you. Take a pencil in both hands. Try to draw different shapes with both hands at the same time.
For example: left - circle, right - triangle.
There are many exercises for the brain, and all of them are of great benefit. So that our memory does not let us down at age, it is important to regularly train the brain.
To improve memory, you can start doing things we are not used to, for example: keeping the spoon on the wrong side with your hand, but with your left, walk around the room not in front, but in the back, or walk to the store in a way that is not familiar to you route.
