Defne, learning that she could not have children in any way, went for an explanation to her mother-in-law Kiimet-khanim, who took over all the responsibilities of surrogate motherhood.
Kiimetkhanim really wanted an heir, and she didn't care who would give birth to him, the main thing was from the son of Kahraman, therefore she went for this deception, about which no one except her and the doctor knew the truth.

The doctor's confession shocked Defne and she decided to talk frankly with her mother-in-law. Going into her room, Defne said that they needed to talk outside the house.
