When there is no way out, understand that this will definitely not last forever. Resign yourself, endure, and move on. Learn to understand your feelings, but don't try to analyze or correct them.

Sometimes circumstances happen in life that it is very difficult to cope with everything that happens on your own. Therefore, do not be afraid to let help in the form of people into your life. You can just sit somewhere, walk quietly along the narrow paths, or arrange yourself for a run. The combination of physical activity and fresh air will pay off.

Remember that everything in life is temporary

Whatever happens to you, it will surely pass over time, it will be forgotten, it will not feel so painful. Change is our constant companion. A year ago, you were so worried about some kind of quarrel, and now those circumstances seem even ridiculous to you. So, whatever pain is visiting your heart now, do not forget that it will definitely pass!

If something terrible is happening in your life right now, do not forget:

  • Everything will certainly change and get better.
  • Time will pass and you will want to live and do what you love again.
  • If you do not have enough strength for anything except to breathe, at least breathe, and do not try to do the rest.
  • There is no need to try to overcome the insurmountable. Let everything take its course. Sometimes there are situations in life that we cannot control, and we are not responsible for them.
  • Let the things you enjoy into your life when you feel bad. Look at what you like, listen to what you like, eat what tastes good to you, do what you like to do. It kind of heals your soul.
  • Don't be afraid to ask for help, there is nothing to be ashamed about.
  • Give your emotions a splash - you can shout, hit pillows, cry, laugh. Don't hold yourself back!

Your life will definitely get better, and these are not just words, this is the truth. You just need to try to get through this difficult moment, and everything will be much better.
