  • salt and pepper.

How to cook:

Rub the zucchini on a coarse grater, add salt, and set aside for 10 minutes to let the juice stand out. It will then need to be drained. Beat the cottage cheese with eggs, add salt and pepper, add the zucchini, stir. Chop the greens and stir them into the mixture too. Lubricate the form with vegetable oil, put the mass there, bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.

Vitamin smoothie

You will need:

  • zucchini - 150 g;
  • kiwi - 100 g;
  • avocado - 100 g;
  • spinach - 15 g;
  • honey - 15 g;
  • water - 100 ml.

How to cook:

Everything is very simple. Place all the ingredients in a blender, after cleaning and cutting them into pieces. The water should be cold. Whisk the ingredients well and the smoothie is ready!

Frittata

You will need:

  • zucchini - 200 g;
  • eggs - 3 pcs.;
  • onions - 50 g;
  • tomatoes - 80 g;
  • cheese - 20 g;
  • vegetable oil - 5 g;
  • spices and salt.

How to cook:

Cut the onion into half rings and fry a little in oil, add half rings of zucchini, salt and simmer for 3 minutes, with constant stirring. Add the tomato cubes and simmer for a minute. Beat eggs with salt and spices, add to vegetables, turn off the heat. Transfer the pan to the oven and cook the dish for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.

Kish

You will need:

  • zucchini - 0.5 kg;
  • carrots - 250 g;
  • flour - 50 g;
  • vegetable oil - 40 g;
  • chicken fillet - 250 g;
  • tomatoes - 300 g;
  • cheese - 50 g;
  • eggs - 3 pcs.;
  • milk - 150 g;
  • greens - 5 g;
  • salt and pepper.

How to cook:

Grate the carrots and zucchini, add a little salt and set aside for 20 minutes. After that, drain the juice, add flour and butter to the vegetables, mix. Spread the resulting dough evenly on a greased baking sheet or lined with parchment. Bake the crust at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes. Cut the meat into small pieces and fry, season with salt and pepper. When the cake is baked, sprinkle it with grated cheese, top with the meat and finely chopped tomatoes. Beat eggs with milk and salt, pour over the food, bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes. Garnish with chopped herbs before serving.

Salad

You will need:

  • zucchini - 160 g;
  • carrots - 50 g;
  • radish - 50 g;
  • grapefruit - 100 g;
  • lettuce leaves - 100 g;
  • red onion - 20 g;
  • vegetable oil - 5 g;
  • parsley dill;
  • salt.

How to cook:

Grate the zucchini and carrots on a Korean-style carrot grater, cut the rest of the vegetables at random, season, salt, mix.

Lasagna

You will need:

  • zucchini - 0.8 kg;
  • chicken meat - 0.4 kg;
  • carrots - 120 g;
  • onions - 80 g;
  • garlic - 3 pcs.;
  • tomatoes - 350 g;
  • vegetable oil - 10 g;
  • tomato paste - 30 g;
  • cheese - 60 g;
  • sour cream and yogurt - 50 g each;
  • parsley and basil - 10 g each;
  • salt and pepper.

How to cook:

Fry chopped onions, grated carrots and 2 grated garlic, add finely chopped chicken pieces, salt and pepper. Chop the tomatoes, add to the pan, also add chopped herbs, simmer for 5 minutes. Cut the courgettes thinly. Combine yogurt and sour cream. Grease a baking dish with butter, lay out the zucchini, then a layer of chicken, sauce, grated cheese. Repeat the layers. You need to bake the dish at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.

Cream soup

You will need:

  • zucchini - 2 small;
  • salt;
  • seasonings;
  • dill - 2 handle;
  • cream - 200 ml;
  • soft crackers - 1 pack.

How to cook:

Cut the zucchini into pieces, boil until tender, drain the water. Add heated cream, herbs, spices and salt to vegetables, beat everything with a blender. Pour the finished dish into plates and garnish with breadcrumbs.
