Today I will tell you how you can make an insanely delicious and light coffee dessert! It turns out better than Tiramisu!

Why did I touch the famous Tiramisu? Because my dessert tastes something like it. But it turns out less high-calorie, because without sour cream and cream. And there are no raw eggs in the cream, this is for those who are afraid to use such a product. In addition, you can take absolutely any shortbread cookie for cooking. So you can call my dessert a simplified "Tiramisu"!

Coffee dessert like Tiramisu

You will need:

  • absolutely any shortbread cookie - 200 grams;
  • low-calorie cottage cheese - 200 grams;
  • low-fat sour cream - 100 grams;
  • sugar - 50 grams;
  • coffee - 1 teaspoon;
  • vanilla - a pinch;
  • cocoa.

How to cook:

Everything is elementary and simple! Place sugar, vanilla, sour cream, cottage cheese in a blender. And beat all products well until smooth. Make coffee. In this recipe, instant is best suited. Add a teaspoon of your favorite coffee to a cup, fill with hot water, stir. Now it's the turn of the cookies. And yes, do not forget to prepare some cake containers. Small portioned glass cups work best. So that you cook cakes in them, and so you can serve them to the table. In addition, the dessert will look very beautiful in glass glasses.

Dip each cookie in a cup of coffee for literally 5 seconds, and place in one layer in a cup. Put the cream on top. Then again cookies in coffee, and again cream. There should be a cream on top. From all the ingredients, you will end up with 5 medium servings, or 3 large and 2 small. Sprinkle cocoa cakes on top through a strainer, and then remove them soak overnight in the refrigerator.

In the morning, you and your family will have a truly unforgettable, delicious, hearty, but light breakfast!

Advice

  • You can take large cookies so that they fit the diameter of the glasses. Then it will turn out like biscuits. Although, in principle, you can buy a ready-made biscuit and cut the necessary circles out of it.
  • You can make one big dessert cake. It turns out very unusual, and before use, you only need to cut the cake into portioned pieces. By the way, this option is just great for a festive event.
  • If you use biscuits, be sure to soak them, for example, with water and sugar syrup, or, if easier, with sweet water. So the biscuits are better saturated.
  • It's summer now, the berry season is approaching, and in some regions you can buy both strawberries and cherries for a long time. So be sure to take this chance to decorate and add a twist to your dessert. I do not put berries and fruits inside, but only put them on top of the cakes, right on top of the cocoa powder.
  • If your kids do not like cocoa, because it has bitterness, then you can do without it. Or you can decorate the dessert with grated chocolate.
  • Optionally, you can add cinnamon to the dessert, and even a teaspoon of brandy in the cream. Of course, if your cakes are not meant for a children's party!
