Modern children have a great selection of all kinds of sweets and goodies. To do this, you just need to come to the store, choose what you like and buy. But in Soviet times there was no such assortment. Delights were prepared at home, and they were simply worth their weight in gold. Today I want to tell you some recipes for making Soviet delicacies. Recipes for Soviet delicacies

Chocolate sausage

  • shortbread cookies - 300 g;
  • butter - 100 g;
  • condensed milk - 150 g;
  • cocoa - 3 tbsp. l .;
  • nuts.

How to cook

Grind the cookies to a crumb state, add cocoa and condensed milk, as well as chopped nuts. Soften butter, add to food, stir, put in cling film. Shape the candy by twisting the ends of the film like a candy wrapper. Place the sausage in the refrigerator for 3 hours. The finished delicacy will only have to be cut like a sausage, and you can drink tea!

Homemade cupcake

It will take

  • flour - 1 tbsp.;
  • butter - 175 g;
  • eggs - 4 pcs.;
  • sugar - 4 tbsp. l .;
  • soda - ½ tsp l.
  • vanillin to taste.

How to cook

Beat soft butter and sugar until white, add eggs one at a time, without ceasing to beat the mass. Pour in flour, soda, vanillin gradually, stirring the dough with a spoon. Coat the mold with butter, sprinkle with flour, put the dough into it. You need to bake the cake for 20 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. Let it cool directly in the baking dish and gently remove.

Pies with jam

It will take

  • dry yeast - 15 g;
  • salt - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • sugar - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • water - 1 l;
  • vegetable oil - 50 ml;
  • flour - 1.3 kg;
  • thick jam.

How to cook

Stir yeast and sugar in warm water and let stand for a while. Gradually add the sifted flour, salt, without ceasing to stir the mass. Add oil if you need more flour. Remove the dough to infuse for 2 hours, wrinkle, and let it stand for 40 minutes. Now the dough needs to be divided into balls and spread out on a baking sheet. Let them stand for 15 minutes, and then fill them with jam, and pinch. Leave the pies to stand for another 15 minutes, and then fry in oil and pat dry with napkins.

It will be needed for cakes

  • flour - 12 tbsp. l .;
  • margarine - 200 g;
  • butter - 100 g;
  • water - 1 tbsp.;
  • vinegar - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • egg - 1 pc.

Needed for the cream

  • milk - ½ l;
  • sugar - 1.5 tbsp.;
  • butter - 200 g;
  • flour - 2 tbsp. l.

How to cook

Chop butter and margarine into pieces, add sifted flour, chop the mass again, add warm vinegar. Beat the egg, add to the dough. Knead a firm, non-sticky dough. Divide it into about 9 pieces, roll it into pancakes, and bake the cakes one by one at 180 degrees. The biscuits must be completely dry.

At this time, you need to prepare the cake cream. Put milk on the fire, gradually add sugar, stirring thoroughly, and flour, whisking the mass with a whisk. Finally, add the oil and knead the cream well. It needs to be allowed to cool slightly, after which you can grease the cakes. Put a crust on a flat surface, cream on top, another crust on top, and so on until the very end. There should also be a cream on top. Let the cake soak at room temperature and then put it in the refrigerator. By the way, one cake should be left and used to decorate the cake!
