You will need:
- wheat flour - about 500 grams;
- dry yeast - 1 teaspoon;
- warm kefir - 150 milliliters;
- sugar - 1 teaspoon;
- warm water - 150 milliliters;
- salt - 1 teaspoon;
- vegetable oil - 2 tablespoon.
How to cook:
Pour 400 grams of flour into a bowl, sifting it first. Make a hole, add yeast, sugar, salt. Also add water, kefir, and knead the dough. Add butter and knead the dough again. Add flour if needed. Leave the finished dough directly in the container, tightening with plastic foil, and cover with a towel on top. The dough must be left for 1.5 hours to rise.
After that, the dough must be transferred to the table, sprinkled with flour. Remember, make a ball and gently place in a greased skillet. Smooth around the perimeter, cover, and let stand for 20 minutes.

And here is a recipe for bread without yeast and without kefir. It turns out no longer bread, but a large cake. It is easy and quick to prepare. By the way, such cakes are called chapatis in India. The recipe is great for vegetarians.
You will need:
- coarse flour - 400 grams;
- salt - a pinch;
- water - 200 milliliters;
- vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon.
Preparation:
The minimum set of components, nothing superfluous, fast, simple, delicious!
Pour flour into a bowl, add oil, salt, and stir with a spoon. You can take 200 grams of wholemeal flour and wheat flour. Add water to the dough gradually, stirring the mixture thoroughly. The dough should not be sticky, something similar to the dough for dumplings. The finished dough must be covered with a lid or plate and left to stand for 40 minutes.
Pinch off a small piece from the whole mass of dough, roll it into a ball. Such balls can be made at once from the whole piece of dough. Roll a thin pancake from each ball using a rolling pin, sprinkle it with flour if necessary. The diameter of the cake should be the size of your palm. You do not need to grease the pan with oil, just put a cake on a preheated pan, fry for two minutes, then turn it over to the other side for a couple of minutes. This should be done with each cake. If desired, ready-made chapatis can be anointed with butter, honey, jam, jam - whatever you want! It all depends on your preference! In summer, such cakes can be served with okroshechka on kefir. It turns out just insanely delicious!
