- black peppercorns - 5 pieces;
- marjoram;
- table vinegar% - 80 milliliters;
- sugar - 1 tablespoon;
- salt - 1.5 teaspoons;
- olive oil - 1 tablespoon.
Preparation:

- vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons;
- salt - 1 tablespoon;
- sugar - 1⁄2 tablespoon;
- water - 0.5 liters.
Preparation:
It is better to buy mushrooms of medium size so that you do not have to cut them later. Better yet, choose small ones. The mushroom legs must be cut off, leaving only the caps.
First, prepare the marinade. Add all the ingredients to the water except vinegar, pre-cut the garlic with platinum. Put the water on the fire, boil, and then pour in the vinegar. Let the marinade boil again, after which you can add mushrooms to it. After the next boil, you need to boil the mushrooms for five minutes. This will keep them firm and juicy.
You can eat the mushrooms as soon as they cool down after boiling in the marinade. Or you can roll them up in jars. Boil the jars, put the mushrooms in them and pour in the marinade, and then roll up with sterilized lids. Turn the jars upside down, cover with something warm, and leave to cool.
