Today I will tell you how you can marinate chicken breast according to several recipes at once. This meat is dietary, it contains a lot of protein, so we will make preparations for several days in advance.
After the breast is marinated, it must be transferred to an airtight bag and sent to the freezer. Then you will need to get it out of the refrigerator a few hours before cooking, wait for it to thaw and already create a masterpiece! Namely, the breast will need to be baked in the oven! Simple, fast and useful. Just 20-30 minutes at 200 degrees, depending on breast size. You can store pickled meat in the freezer for up to two months, and ready-made meat within two days after cooking.
Chicken breast marinade recipes
Garlic
It will take
- garlic - 2 teeth;
- honey - 4 tbsp. l .;
- soy sauce - 2 tbsp l .;
- olive oil - 2 tablespoons l.
Preparation
All the components indicated in the recipe must be combined in a bag, add the breast there, close, and shake well. Let the meat marinate for 2 hours, then put it on a baking sheet and bake until tender. After that, the breast must be removed from the oven, covered with a sheet of foil, and so left to cool completely.
With lemon
It will take
- lemon zest - 1 tbsp. l .;
- lemon juice - 3 tbsp. l .;
- garlic - 2 teeth;
- black pepper - 1 tbsp. l .;
- salt - 0.5 tsp l .;
- olive oil - 2 tablespoons l.
Preparation
You need to proceed in the same way as in the first recipe.
Honey mustard
It will take
- honey - 4 tbsp. l .;
- mustard beans - 1 tbsp l .;
- paprika - 0.5 tsp l .;
- salt - 0.5 tsp l .;
- black pepper - 0.5 tsp l .;
- apple cider vinegar - 2 tsp l .;
- garlic powder - 0.5 tsp; l .;
- chili pepper - ¼ tsp l .;

Preparation
You can mix the marinade with the breast not in the freezer bag, but in any bowl or saucepan, especially if you are going to cook on the same day. You can use table vinegar instead of apple cider vinegar in this recipe, see to your liking. If the presence of chili is too hot for you, then you can do without this ingredient. By the way, in principle, you can use sunflower oil, just choose unrefined oil. You can use a little less honey, and in addition to mustard seeds, it would be nice to add at least a teaspoon of mustard itself.
With cilantro
It will take
- lime juice - 4 tablespoons l .;
- zira - 1 tsp l .;
- salt - 0.5 tsp l .;
- black pepper - 0.5 tsp l .;
- chili pepper - a pinch;
- cilantro - 3 tbsp. l.
Preparation
You can, of course, use lemon juice instead of lime juice, and in general, you can use additional spices that you like best. For me personally, pickled meat is a shashlik anyway. A kebab is difficult to perceive without a pickled onion. Therefore, you can mix all the ingredients for the marinade, and send the breasts to marinate along with the onion cut into rings. Then bake the breast, as described in the previous recipes, and put the pickled onion on top of the meat five minutes before the end of cooking.
Caribbean marinade
It will take
- dried thyme - 1 tsp l .;
- ground cloves - 0.5 tsp l .;
- salt - 0.5 tsp l .;
- black pepper - 0.5 tsp l .;
- garlic powder - 2 tbsp. l .;
- cinnamon - a pinch;
- olive oil - 2 tablespoons l .;
- lime juice - 2 tbsp l.
Preparation
Not everyone likes such spicy spices as cloves and thyme, but it is thanks to these ingredients that the taste of the meat becomes somehow original. And the presence of cinnamon adds some zest.
If you are going to send meat to freezing, then first it must be marinated for two hours in an airtight bag, and then directly in this bag and transferred to the freezer.
