The first dish is tasty and healthy, but I was definitely tired of preparing the same soups every day. Therefore, in search of something unusual, I scoured the Internet, and singled out for myself 5 of the most delicious hearty soups from different countries! Be sure to try cooking!
Hot and hearty soup is not only tasty, but also a dish that warms up perfectly in cold weather.
A selection of soups from different countries
Bogracz from Hungary
You will need:
- beef fillet - 1 kg;
- bacon - 5 stripes;
- potatoes - 1 kg;
- onions - 300 g;
- green bell pepper - 150 g;
- tomatoes - 60 g;
- paprika - 3 tbsp. l .;
- cumin, salt, garlic - at the discretion.
For chipsets:
- flour - 80 g;
- egg - 1 pc.;
- salt - a pinch.
Preparation:
I will say in advance that the chips are like dumplings. They are prepared without water. All components are mixed to make a tough dough, then the dough is rolled into a thin layer, and pieces are pinched off from it. They are thrown into an almost finished soup and boiled for 3-4 minutes.
Now the soup itself, or rather the Hungarian goulash. Cut the meat into 2 cm pieces. Fry chopped onions over bacon. As the onion is golden, add the paprika, mix and throw the meat, caraway seeds, and grated garlic into the pan. You need to add a little water, simmer everything until the meat is cooked.
Cut the tomatoes, peppers and potatoes into 1 cm cubes. Open the lid of the frying pan so that the excess liquid evaporates, and then add the potato cubes, stir and cook for 10 minutes, then pour in the broth, and add the peppers and tomatoes. At the end, salt, throw in the chips, and simmer for 4 minutes.

And here's a stew soup recipe!
Structure:
- chicken - 300 g;
- beef - 300 g;
- pork - 300 g;
- onion - 2 pcs.;
- potatoes - 700 g;
- celery root - 200 g;
- carrots - 3 pcs.;
- leek;
- parsley;
- water;
- spice.
How to cook:
Cut the meat into small pieces, chop the onion, cut the carrots into thick circles, the leeks into thin rings, celery and potatoes into small cubes. Put all components, starting with meat, in a large bowl in layers, salt, add spices to taste. Pour in enough water to cover everything. You need to cook the dish for 1.5 hours under a closed lid. Parsley is added to everyone's plate.
Onion soup from France
Structure:
- onion - 750 g;
- sl. oil - 4 tbsp. l .;
- flour - 2 tbsp. l .;
- beef broth - 750 ml;
- thyme - 1 tbsp l .;
- spice.
For toast:
- sl. oil - 4 tablespoons;
- baguette - 4 slices;
- shallots - 1 tbsp l .;
- garlic - 1 tsp l .;
- parsley - 1 tbsp. l .;
- hard cheese - 60 g.
Preparation:
Make toast first. Chop the onion, parsley, and stir all of the specified foods except cheese, rub and set aside. Spread the mixture on pieces of baguette, bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 200 degrees.
Now the soup. Fry the onion in half rings in oil, no more than 25 minutes under a closed lid. Then sprinkle the onion with flour, stir and cook until golden, stirring continuously. Next, pour in the broth and simmer for 10 minutes. Season with salt and spices to taste, toss in the chopped thyme, and pour the soup into bowls. Sprinkle the cheese on the toast, and put the baguette right into the soup! To melt the cheese, put the soup in the microwave for a minute.
Pea soup from Denmark
Structure:
- peas - 300 g;
- smoked pork ribs - 300 g;
- celery stalks - 2 pcs.;
- onion - 1 large;
- medium carrot - 2 pcs.;
- potatoes - 4-5 pcs.;
- dill;
- salt;
- spice.
How to cook:
Peas need to be rinsed and covered with hot water overnight. After that, the peas need to be rinsed in several waters. Transfer it to a saucepan, cover with water and add the ribs, cook for 1.5 hours. Add potatoes in cubes, salt, if necessary, add water. Fry the rest of the food in oil - onion and celery in small cubes, carrots in circles. Transfer to a saucepan, add dill at the end.
Stu soup from England
You will need:
- beef - 0.5 kg;
- minced pork - 200 g;
- carrots - 2 pcs.;
- onion - 1 pc.;
- garlic - 2 g .;
- red beans - 1 tbsp.;
- frozen peas - 1⁄2 tbsp.;
- green beans - 1 tbsp.;
- potatoes - 3 pcs.;
- soy sauce - 4 tablespoons l .;
- spice;
- tomato paste.
How to cook:
Soak the beans overnight, then rinse and boil. Cook the broth from the beef, about 2-3 hours, adding the lavrushka. Remove the meat from the pan, and add finely chopped potatoes to the broth, cook until tender. Next add the beans, carrot strips, green beans and peas. In a skillet, fry the chopped onion with grated garlic and tomato paste, and then send it to the pan too.
Fry the minced meat separately, season with salt and pepper. Cut the meat. Transfer everything to soup. Cook for another 15 minutes.
