According to this recipe, cottage cheese turns out to be very soft, non-acidic, and is perfect for preparing any dish. From one liter of kefir with a fat content of 3.2%, you will get about 350 g of cottage cheese. Pay attention to the quality of kefir, we want to get good cottage cheese. Read the composition so that there are no unnecessary additives in the product to extend shelf life, improve taste and aroma. So, you bought kefir, brought it home, and now you just need to put it in the freezer. You can not even take it out of the packaging, but immediately send it to the freezer overnight.
In the morning, take out the kefir, put it in the sink so that it thaws a little, and then remove it from the package.
A frozen bar of kefir should be put in several pieces of gauze and hung, for example, over a sink. The cottage cheese will be ready after all the whey has drained. And that is all!
