You will need:

Cream:
- sugar - 1 tbsp.;
- sour cream 30% - 0.5 kg;
- sl. oil - 150 g.
How to cook:
Mix eggs with honey and sugar, then add sifted flour and baking soda. Divide the finished dough into 4 parts, roll out the parts and bake the biscuits in the oven at 180 degrees.
While the cakes are cooling, you can make a cream by first beating the soft butter with sugar, and then adding sour cream. Coat the cakes with cream, also coat the top of the cake and the sides, sprinkle the cake with chopped nuts.
With condensed milk
Cream:
- sl. oil - 200 g;
- condensed milk - 300 g.
How to cook:
Prepare the dough and bake the cakes using the above recipe. Mix the condensed milk with butter with a mixer, layer the biscuits. You can adjust the cakes to the size of a certain plate, then the edges will need to be cut off. Sprinkle the already layered cake with chopped scraps.
Chocolate honey cake
You will need:
- flour - 250 g;
- sl. oil - 50 g;
- cocoa - 35 g;
- honey - 70 g;
- sugar - 100 g;
- eggs - 2 pcs.;
- soda - 1⁄2 tsp l .;
- lemon juice - 70 ml.
Syrup:
- water - 50 ml;
- cognac - 1 tsp l .;
- sugar - 25 g
Cream:
- sour cream 30% - 0.5 kg;
- icing sugar - 200 g;
- vanillin - a pinch.
How to cook:
Mix butter, sugar and honey, and put to heat. Stir the mixture continuously until the sugar melts. Now beat the eggs, and then gradually add the butter-sweet mixture, lemon juice, flour, soda and cocoa to them. Brew the dough, stirring constantly, and then cover with something and let it cool.
From the dough, bake 6 cakes for 5 minutes each at 200 degrees. Prepare syrup by combining food and stirring until sugar dissolves. And then saturate each cake with it. Mix the ingredients for the cream, coat the cakes. Let the cake soak overnight.

With custard
You will need:
- eggs - 2 pcs.;
- sugar - 1 tbsp.;
- sl. oil - 100 g;
- honey - 2 tbsp. l .;
- flour - 2.5 tbsp.;
- soda - 1 tsp.
Cream:
- flour - 2 tbsp. l .;
- eggs - 2 pcs.;
- condensed milk - 400 g;
- milk - 2 tbsp.;
- sl. oil - 300 g.
How to cook:
Mix the ingredients for the dough, except flour, put it to heat and wait until the sugar dissolves. After that, you can add flour and soda. The finished dough must be divided into 8 parts, and the cakes must be baked at 180 degrees.
While the biscuits are cooling, make a cream. Combine milk with flour and put on fire. Stir the mixture and bring it to a boil. Mix condensed milk with butter and mix everything. Chop one cake, the rest need to be sandwiched with cream. Sprinkle crumbs on the cake.
Honey cake stuffed with prunes
You will need:
- eggs - 3 pcs.;
- sugar - 1⁄2 tbsp.;
- honey - 3 tbsp. l .;
- soda - 1 tsp l .;
- flour - 2 tbsp.
Syrup:
- boiling water - 100 ml;
- tea bag - 1 pc .;
- sugar - 2 tsp l.
Filling:
- sour cream 30% - 0.4 kg;
- prunes - 100 g;
- walnuts - 1⁄2 tbsp.;
- sugar - 2 tbsp. l.
Preparation:
For the test, gradually combine all the indicated components. From the resulting mass, make 6 cakes and bake them at 180 degrees. Adjust the biscuits to the size you want by placing them on each plate and cutting off any excess. Grind the trimmings with the nuts in a blender. Meanwhile, soak the prunes in boiling water, and separately brew a tea bag, and then dissolve the sugar in it - this is the impregnation. Whisk the sugar with sour cream - this is the cream. It remains to collect the cake, saturate the cakes, coat each with cream and lay out the prune pieces. Sprinkle the cake with crushed crumbs on top.
