How to make a Christmas tree toy with your own hands?
You will need:
- water - 50 milliliters;
- sugar - 5 teaspoons;
- PVA glue - 10 milliliters;
- balloon - 1 piece;
- Knitting thread;
- beads or any other decoration.
Manufacturing:
Pour sugar into the water and stir until it is all dissolved. Everything will happen much faster in warm water. Now add glue to the sweet solution, and stir everything well again. Now we have a great glue, which we will need when making a toy. By the way, you can put the components as much as you want. If, for example, you want your Christmas tree toy to look like a wire, then you need to add more glue and sugar.
Now inflate the balloon to the size of your toy. Tie, and you can start needlework. Just wrap the ball with threads dipped in glue solution. How you do it is not important. For example, you can immerse the threads in the solution and wrap the ball. And you can build a simple structure. Hole a plastic jar from both sides, bottom and top, - suitable for PVA glue. Thread the thread through the bottom hole, and then into the top, and then pour the prepared glue into the jar. This way your ball of thread will be clean and tied up, and the thread will be dipped in the glue.
Leave the wrapped ball to dry. This usually happens within a few hours, but if you want, leave it to dry overnight. Now take the ball and pierce it with a needle. Gently pull the ball out of the thread and you're done! It remains only to decorate the new Christmas tree toy with any beads, ribbons, or you can even paint it with spray paint in silver or gold color.
