Well, in any case, it has been established in our family for so long, so I have a lot of recipes for all kinds of soups. I want to tell you about my favorites!

Recipes for the most delicious soups

Smoked chicken soup

Composition:

  • smoked chicken meat - 300 g;
  • processed cheese - 1 briquette;
  • potatoes - 3 pcs.;
  • carrots - 1 pc.;
  • dill;
  • vegetable oil;
  • salt.

Preparation:

The ham must be boiled in water, then removed, cut, and sent back. Fry the diced onion and put it in the broth, and put the grated carrots and potatoes in the same dice. Next, put the cheese in the soup, mix well. Cook for 20 minutes until the potatoes are tender and the cheese dissolves. Pour soup into bowls and sprinkle with chopped dill.

Pea soup with sausages

You will need:

  • peas - 1 tbsp.;
  • potatoes - 3 pcs.;
  • carrots - 1 pc.;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • hunting sausages - 5 pcs.;
  • processed cheese - 1 briquette;
  • greens, salt, plant. oil.

Preparation:

Soak the peas overnight. The next day you can start cooking. Pour water into a saucepan, add salt, toss in the peas. Boil the peas for half an hour, stirring occasionally and skimming off the foam. Next, add the potato cubes and the onion-carrot fry. And also cut the sausage into circles and send to the broth. Enter the cheese cubes, cook the soup until the potatoes are cooked. Sprinkle herbs over the soup when serving.

Pea soup with mushrooms

You will need:

  • chicken meat - 300 g;
  • champignons - 150 g;
  • peas - 1⁄2 tbsp.;
  • potatoes - 2 pcs.;
  • carrots - 1 pc.;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • mustard - 1 tsp l .;
  • spices, herbs, rast. oil, salt.

Preparation:

Soak the peas overnight. Send it along with the chicken to cook for half an hour. Next, remove the meat and cut into pieces. Send the meat back to the peas and simmer for another 15 minutes. Fry the carrots and onions until a slight blush, add the mushroom pieces and mustard, and simmer for 5 minutes. Add the mushroom stir-fry to the soup and cook for another 10 minutes. Let the finished dish brew under a closed lid, serve with herbs.

You will need:

  • onion and carrots - 1 pc.;
  • chicken meat - 300 g;
  • rice - 100 g;
  • tomato paste - 2 tablespoons;
  • garlic - 3 h.;

Preparation:

Cut the meat into cubes and cook in salted water with rice. Next, add the frying of carrots, onions, garlic, herbs and pasta. Add spices and salt, let the soup boil, turn off the heat and leave for 10 minutes.

Tomato soup with chickpeas

You will need:

  • minced meat - 400 g;
  • chickpeas - 1 tbsp.;
  • potatoes - 3 pcs.;
  • carrots - 1 pc.;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • garlic - 2 g .;
  • bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.;
  • tomato paste - 2 tablespoons;
  • rast. oil, spices, salt.

Preparation:

First soak the chickpeas in water, and then boil until tender. Make small balls of minced meat and place with chickpeas. At this time, prepare a frying of grated carrots, chopped onions, pepper cubes, grated garlic and pasta. Add the broth to the broth, add the grated potatoes, salt and season to your liking. Let the soup boil, simmer for 20 minutes, then turn off the heat and leave for another 10 minutes.

Solyanka "Siberian style"

You will need:

Preparation:

Boil the meat until tender, remove it, cut into pieces and put back together with mushrooms and spices. Saute the onion, ham, and sausage in pieces for five minutes. Then add the peeled tomatoes, tomato paste, and simmer for another 10 minutes. Add frying, cucumber cubes, olives to the broth, boil, turn off the heat and leave for 20 minutes under a closed lid. Place a slice of lemon in a bowl of soup before serving.
