How are pancakes made?
You need a good skillet, dough and butter. No oil is poured into the pan. I string half an onion onto a fork, dip it in oil, and wipe the pan. Can be oiled with a napkin or special brush.
All components for the dough are taken out of the refrigerator in advance. Initially, eggs are beaten with sugar and salt, then the remaining components are added, the very last flour, in portions. I recommend sifting the flour so that there are no lumps.

- eggs - 4 pcs.;
- rast. oil - 3 tbsp. l .;
- sugar - 3 tbsp. l .;
- salt - a pinch.
Boiling water is poured into eggs whipped with sugar and salt, then the rest of the components. You need to mix continuously, preferably with a mixer.
By leaps and bounds
Composition:
- dry yeast - 1 tsp l .;
- flour - 1 tbsp.;
- milk - 0.5 l;
- eggs - 2 pcs.;
- rast. oil - 2 tbsp. l .;
- sugar - 3 tbsp. l .;
- salt - a pinch.
Dissolve yeast in warm water with a little sugar and flour. After lifting, add the rest of the components, add oil at the end. Let the dough sit for half an hour and you can bake the pancakes.
Gluten free
Composition:
- corn flour - 200 g;
- milk - 400 ml;
- starch - 20 g;
- eggs - 2 pcs.;
- sugar - 2 tbsp. l .;
- rast. oil - 2 tbsp. l .;
- salt - a pinch.
Lush pancakes with apples
Composition:
- flour - 200 g;
- kefir - 250 g;
- soda - 1 tsp l .;
- eggs - 4 pcs.;
- sugar - 4 tbsp. l .;
- rast. oil - 2 tbsp. l .;
- apple - 1 pc.;
- cinnamon - ½ tsp l.

- flour - 300 g;

- soda - ½ tsp l.
Combine yeast with sugar and water, let rise, stir in the rest of the ingredients. For the sauce, melt 70 g butter, add 15 g vanilla sugar and 6 tbsp. l. honey.
