I want to offer you a recipe for a wonderful chicken that I tried at home. Yes, yes, I didn't make a reservation. Our mother-in-law came to visit us for several days. So she did the housekeeping in my absence in the kitchen. The result is amazing. Everyone asked for additives, it's a pity, only that the chicken was not the size of a giant.

The dish is not only tasty, it also looks very nice on the table. but getting ready is pretty simple.

How to cook

We need to take the chicken thigh fillet. You need to wash them and very thoroughly. Along the way, we remove from them everything that we do not like for some reason. We spread the clean fillet on paper napkins. Dry the meat.

if there is no fillet, then you can defrost the chicken and cut off the meat from it. You don't have to stop at your hips ..

Now you need to make a marinade. My mother-in-law is very fond of yogurt and uses it in almost all dishes where she gets the opportunity. In this case, the marinade consisted of adjika, natural yoghurt (of course, without fillers and flavorings) and grated garlic or simply passed through a garlic press.

I think that you can make the marinade that you like best. if you have a favorite recipe, then feel free to use it.

We prick the fillets with a fork in different places. Then we spread it with marinade and put it in a container with the rest of the yogurt mixture for half an hour.

After that, take a baking dish in the oven and put lavash (thin) on the bottom of the dish.

Important! The form does not need to be lubricated.

The size of the container should be taken based on how many servings we prepare. Well, the appearance can be anything: round, triangular. This will not affect the taste.

The thighs are already marinated and need to be put on the pita bread. spread the meat evenly over the baking dish. Now pour the remaining marinade over them, if any.

We wrap the form from below with foil and slightly go to the top of the dish. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and put the chicken in it for 20 minutes. In the process, it must be turned right in the form if necessary. After 20 minutes, take out the mold and check the condition of the chicken fillet. If the chicken is cooked, then sprinkle it with cheese and put it back in the oven for three minutes. If the meat is still moist, increase the cooking time.

You can serve the chicken directly in the form, after removing the foil. Enjoy your meal!
