Good day to all! Today I opened the refrigerator and was horrified. it turns out that I completely forgot about the bananas, which I bought at the beginning of the week. They began to overripe, and no one wanted to eat them just like that. Well, I had to fantasize, inventing a recipe on the go. I decided to be a pie. Yes, yes, so strange, with an unusual filling. By the way, running ahead, I will say that I did not regret at all about the decision I made, and my family asks to repeat this mini-masterpiece.

What did I make

- I took milk, a little less than half a liter (about 300 ml.)

- I sifted the same amount of flour:

- I used sugar in the amount of one and a half glasses;

- A little (to taste) salt, 1 tsp. soda, a bag of vanillin.

- Vegetable (I have sunflower, I like to cook on it) butter - a couple of spoons, and melted butter - a tablespoon with a slide;

- 4 large chicken eggs and 4 ripe bananas.

The recipe is incredibly simple and quick. It can be used for breakfast or when guests suddenly appear at your doorstep.

How to do

First of all, you need to mix all the dry ingredients. To do this, take a deep dish and pour 300 gr into it. flour, all the sugar and vanillin. Add baking soda (baking powder) and salt. Let's mix.

Add lukewarm milk, eggs and shake it all with a spoon. Add butter (both butter and vegetable). I took odorless vegetable oil, and butter was the simplest one that we use for sandwiches.

You can stir with a spoon, but it takes a long time. I beat with a mixer at low speeds. Now we take bananas and peel them. We cut the bananas into circles about 2 cm in size.

lay out the bananas in a frying pan (or a special baking dish). And carefully fill it with dough. If the bananas are left standing, then that's great.

Preheat the oven and put a frying pan with bananas and dough in it. At 180 gr. we will bake for an hour and a half. After about an hour try it, maybe you have a strong oven and the cake is already baked.

It may seem that the dough has begun to burn at the edges of the mold and slightly move away from it. Nothing wrong. The cake does not burn, this is its feature. The dough behaves this way when heated.

The cake can be sprinkled with icing sugar when serving. I liked the cold version more, while my husband and mother liked the warm one.
