The other day I returned from work and was simply amazed at what was happening in the house! Or rather, in my kitchen. The husband was in charge there. Many women will understand me now, because in most cases this means a completely spoiled kitchen that needs to be washed. several days, mountains of dirty dishes, burnt pots and pans, well, like a berry on a cake, a week's wasted supply products. Oh yes, this is usually a surprise and it was done for the benefit of the beloved life partner, in order to strengthen the alliance and to show that there is still gunpowder in the flasks and that not only the faithful can burn eggs, but something abruptly!
But this time it was different. There was no damage, and the scent was pleasant in the air. On the table, along with boiled young potatoes, was a huge bowl of salad. I asked what it was made of and got a pretty intelligible answer about the ingredients. The basis of the salad was young cabbage. the one that melts in the mouth, which does not need to be thoroughly chewed as a goat.
After tasting a masterpiece of culinary art, I was surprised again and asked for a recipe.

Here's how to make this dish
1. We take a small fork of young white cabbage. Cut into strips into a large container. There you also need to cut chicken breast boiled in salted water.
2. Fresh cucumbers need to be rinsed under running water (if they are a little overgrown, then you will have to remove the skin, in my salad there were two types of cucumbers, small gherkins and simple "grandmothers"). Now cut them in the same way - into strips. Try to make it thinner.
3. Boiled and chilled eggs should be cut into squares and placed in a container with the rest of the ingredients.
4. Open the refrigerator and take out a bunch of herbs and a bunch of parsley. I would add more green onions. Grind everything and pour it into a bowl with blanks.
5. Now you need to season the salad and mix well. You can refuel to taste, in my case it was mayonnaise. If you think that there is not enough salt in mayonnaise, then you can add salt to the dish.
After the salad has been mixed well, put it in a beautiful salad bowl and garnish with the rest of the greenery.
