5. Mint ice cream
Ingredients:
- low-fat milk - 300 ml;
- eggs - 3 pcs.;
- fresh mint - 50 g;
- sweetener to taste.
Preparation
Grind the mint leaves along with the sweetener in a blender. Separate the egg whites from the yolks, and beat them with a mixer until they become thick foam. Add mint and milk to the protein mass. Continue whisking for about 8 minutes more. Then add the egg yolks and beat for another 3 minutes. Pour the resulting mass into molds and send to the freezer for 4 hours. To prevent the ice cream from stratifying, it is recommended to take the mass out of the freezer every half hour and stir.
