Store-bought ice cream is often a combination of trans fats, cholesterol, high amounts of sugar, and various additives, among which there is hardly a single useful one. Even if you are lucky to find a product made from natural ingredients, its impact calorie content will have a deplorable effect on your figure over time. But ice cream lovers shouldn't be discouraged. A cold dessert can be made at home with healthy ingredients that won't threaten a thin waist. This is exactly what you need on hot days and nights!

1. Mango ice cream on yogurt

Ingredients:

  • mango - 2 pcs.;
  • Greek yogurt - 150 g;
  • honey - 2-3 tbsp.;
  • lemon juice - 1-2 tablespoons

Preparation

Cut the mango into cubes and send to the freezer for a couple of hours. Then toss the frozen mango, yogurt, honey and lemon juice into a blender. Whisk until smooth. Put the resulting mass in a wide form, cover with cling film and put in the freezer for an hour.

On a note! If the mango has a pronounced sourness, then you do not need to add lemon juice.

2. vanilla ice cream

Ingredients:

  • milk - 1 glass;
  • eggs - 3 pcs.;
  • low-fat cottage cheese - 200 g;
  • sweetener and vanillin to taste.

Preparation

Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Use a mixer to turn them into strong foam. Gradually add sweetener and vanillin to the protein mass.

To the whipped whites, without stopping the mixer, add cottage cheese, then milk and last of all - the yolks. Bring the mixture until smooth, pour into molds and tighten with cling film. Place in the freezer for 2 hours.

3. Peach ice cream

Ingredients:

  • peaches - 160 g;
  • natural yogurt - 30 g;
  • lemon juice - 1 tablespoon;
  • honey - 2 tablespoons

Preparation

Remove the peels from the peaches, cut them into small wedges and send them to the freezer. Put the already well frozen slices in a blender and add honey, yogurt and lemon juice there. Whisk until smooth. The resulting mass can be eaten immediately, or transferred to a plastic container and sent to the freezer.

4. Berry ice cream made from coconut milk and yogurt

Ingredients:

  • frozen berries - 150 g;
  • natural yogurt - 100 g;
  • coconut milk - 50 g;
  • sweetener and lemon juice to taste.

Preparation

Mix berries with lemon juice and sweetener. Leave it on for 15 minutes. Add yogurt and coconut milk to the second bowl. Stir the contents of two bowls, fill the molds with them and put them in the freezer for at least 4 hours.

5. Mint ice cream

Ingredients:

  • low-fat milk - 300 ml;
  • eggs - 3 pcs.;
  • fresh mint - 50 g;
  • sweetener to taste.

Preparation

Grind the mint leaves along with the sweetener in a blender. Separate the egg whites from the yolks, and beat them with a mixer until they become thick foam. Add mint and milk to the protein mass. Continue whisking for about 8 minutes more. Then add the egg yolks and beat for another 3 minutes. Pour the resulting mass into molds and send to the freezer for 4 hours. To prevent the ice cream from stratifying, it is recommended to take the mass out of the freezer every half hour and stir.
