I sat down on a chair and watched him rustle in the kitchen. and what I saw struck to the depths of my soul! Imagine, the well-known good old Rolton can be cooked differently than we used to!

You only need two ingredients and oil to lubricate the pan. Add spices to the mixture before mixing the eggs and noodles. That is, no additional salt is needed.
To clarify, the noodles need to be kneaded in order to mix, and they swell like that in a matter of seconds. We take medium fire for direct frying, and pour the mixture into a well-heated frying pan. You can cover with a lid to steam out the solid component.
You need to fry on both sides. It turns out such a beautiful, fragrant cake. The most difficult thing in this process is not to go away, because you need to turn the dinner over in time so that it does not dry out. On the one hand, you need to fry for no more than three minutes. Otherwise, the eggs become overcooked (maybe someone likes these, but not me).
It would be nice to cut vegetables to the resulting Rollton cake. The simplest will do: cucumber, tomatoes. salt them and you can sit down at the table.
