My family is used to having breakfast not with leftovers from yesterday's dinner and with what everyone can find in the refrigerator, but with freshly prepared dishes. How do I do it? It's very simple, I don't get up an hour before everyone else, but allow myself to sleep a little. But, while my family is trying to find out at the entrance to the bathroom, whose turn to go first today, I set the table.

Not so long ago I came across a wonderful recipe for which I thank the author (unfortunately, he is unknown). Since my family consists of men of different ages, it is quite logical that breakfast is meat-based. We have no vegetarians.

And I cook "conditional" pasties. Of course, someone will object that this dish is not cooked like that. Yes, I agree, but my version is not only tasty, but also extremely fast. By the way, it is also eaten very quickly.

How to cook

The most important thing in this recipe is not to forget to buy the stew the day before. But if you still did not buy it or you didn’t like it when you opened the jar (it happens, sometimes, the manufacturers sin), then you can take any sausage, boiled pork, chicken and so on. Cheer up, all products are replaceable!

We take a wheat cake (I buy mostly, but I baked it myself a couple of times the day before). A simple lavash is also suitable, there should be no problems with it, it is bought and sold on every corner.

If the cake does not need to be rolled up in several layers (it is quite plump), then the pita bread will have to be rolled up. We are cooking now using the example of a classic flatbread.

On one half of it you need to put grated cheese. You can take absolutely any one, the one that is sold for pizza is quite suitable.

On top of the cheese I spread the stew, any chopped greens (or just onions), and then cheese again. As already mentioned, it is not necessary to take the stew. Take any meat or mushroom products.

Now we fold the cake in half. And quickly put it on an unoiled (important!) Hot frying pan. You need to fry for two minutes on high heat on both sides.

My neighbor prepares this dish with canned fish, but I myself have not tried it yet.

Serve immediately, while hot and crispy. such a breakfast will help to cheer up in the morning and set the tone for the whole day.

very well complements any salad dish. It's summer now and the choice of greens and vegetables is quite wide, therefore, I don't think that there will be problems with recipes for simple, quick vegetable salads.

How many products do you need to feed a family of three with such breakfast

First of all, you need a tortilla (or lavash rolled in several layers), one unit goes for one serving, respectively, we need three pieces. Now you need a good stew or something that can replace it: mushrooms, sausages go well boiled breast or just a boiled piece of any meat (it needs to be cut and salted), even canned fish can go to move. Cheese is needed to hold all the ingredients together and give them a creamy taste. We take absolutely any cheese. The only thing, hard varieties are much easier to rub, but if this does not bother you, then take the one that is lying around in the refrigerator. We need about 100-200 grams of it. if there is more, then you can sprinkle more; if there is just a little cheese, then this is not a problem. And the last thing we need is greenery. Take as much as you like. My husband doesn't respect her very much and I put less parsley and onions in his cake. And my son likes it very much, and therefore his version of breakfast is more “green”!
