Poultry eggs - it is a natural source of protein and nutrients. It is one of the most valuable for human food and, according to numerous studies, one of the most innocuous.

The chicken egg, particularly, in addition of amino acids, contained 12 vitamins (including A, D, E, B and ave.), as well as potassium, iron, zinc, magnesium and other trace elements, in which the human body needs daily.

Observational studies conducted by Chinese scientists has shown: 1 boiled egg a day significantly reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease - cardiovascular disease. In addition, it was shown that some components of the product can protect blood vessels and prevent bleeding in the brain in the course of the experiment. Why is that? The reason lies in the phospholipids contained in the eggs. They increase the number of lipoproteins in the blood and increase the amount of good cholesterol.

The supervisory "egg" experiment was attended by more than 400 thousand people between the ages of 30 to 79 years from various towns and villages of China. Previously, none of them suffered from cardiovascular disease, diabetes or cancer.

All participants were divided into groups:

- 13% ate one egg daily;

- 9% did not eat eggs;

- the rest were eating eggs regularly, but not more than 1 day.

The study lasted 9 years. During this period, 84 000 people from among the volunteers suffered a heart attack or stroke, and 10,000 of them died.

In general, the experiment gave the following results:

- the lowest level of the heart and vascular disease demonstrated participants of the first group of subjects (no more than 11%);

- in the group of those who ate 1-2 eggs a week, 12% came down with a heart attack, and 26% suffered from hemorrhagic or ischemic stroke;

- among those who do not use products that attack happened in 30% of participants, and stroke - more than half!

It should be noted that cardiovascular diseases are the leading cause of death in most developed countries. Therefore, these test results are incredibly important for the international community. However, they are still controversial and not always accurate. For example, the Chinese in their research not compensate for the results of the participants with diabetes (even though they did not seek medical attention, but had, as it later turned out, the signs of diabetes). In addition, further studies should indicate the subjects belonging to a particular ethnic group, in order to understand whether this factor influences on the results of the experiment.
