To post to please yourself and loved ones a delicious lunch I prepare this simple dish. It is so pleasant to all that the cook literally for the third consecutive day. It is not troublesome, it does not take much time and effort. And the result will justify all expectations. I want to share with you!

Ingredients:

For the dough:

Flour - 2 cups;

Water - 1/3 cup;

Salt - a pinch to taste.

For filling:

Potatoes - 3 pieces. ;

Carrots - 1 pc. ;

Onion - 1 pc .;

Salt, pepper and herbs.

For the sauce:

Onion - 1 pc. ;

Green onions - a few stalks;

Carrots - 1 pc. ;

Sweet pepper - 1 pc .;

Tomato paste - 1 tsp;

Water - 1.5 cups;

Vegetable oil;

Salt, pepper and herbs to taste.

1. First, prepare the dough. Mix the flour, water and salt. Knead the dough, as the dumplings. Letting the dough rest.

2. Prepare the sauce. Finely chop the onion, pepper and grate the carrots. Fry in vegetable oil. First, the onion, then add the carrots, add the tomato paste and the last to send a sweet pepper. Switch off.

3. Prepare the filling. Grate, onions, carrots and potatoes. Add herbs, spices and salt. Stir and squeeze out the excess liquid. Roll out the dough into a thin layer, top with stuffing.

4. Wrap the roll. Cut into uniform pieces. Zaschipnut bottoms with one hand, leaving the top open. Mark pan with high sides. Spoon the sauce, pour water, add salt and pepper, add the herbs and bay leaf. Put bottomed rolls down into the pan with the sauce. Tight not to put, because rolls increased slightly in size during cooking. Cover and simmer for 40 minutes over low heat. If the liquid boils away, add boiling water.

After cooking, leave the lid for another 10 minutes. Here's a yummy turned out!
