Dumplings in Chinese: Now I prepare only such

They shared with me an interesting recipe that I decided to try once. After all, you always want to cook something new and tasty. This recipe for ravioli came to taste not only for me but for the whole family. Last time, if you want to ravioli, cook only those of Chinese recipe. Try it and you, it is tasty and easy!

Ingredients for the dough:
✔ flour - 2 cups;
✔ The water - half a cup of boiling water;
✔ salt - half a teaspoon.

1. Prepare the dough. Sift the flour, add salt. Make a recess in the center and pour the boiling water. Stir with a spoon. When cool - use your hands.

2. Knead the dough, as usual dumplings. Form a ball and put into a refrigerator for 1 hr.

Products for filling:
✔ Pork mince - 200 grams;
✔ Onion - 1 pc .;
✔ Chinese cabbage -200 grams;
✔ Garlic - 2 cloves;
✔ Ginger - 1 hour. l. (Fresh root may be grate or using the dry powder);
✔ green onions, parsley - to taste;
✔ Soy sauce - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
✔ sunflower oil or sesame - 1 tbsp

1. Prepare the filling. Finely shinkuem cabbage and add a little salt to let the juice. Wring out the excess juice (it can be used in the dough).

2. Slice the onions and green onions, rub with a small piece of ginger.

3. In the beef add the soy sauce, cabbage, onions and herbs, crushed garlic. Salt to taste and pepper. Add sunflower oil. You can also add 1 tbsp. l. sesame oil.

4. Dough roll sausage, cut into uniform pieces. Roll out the dough pieces in a circle (you can cut a large glass).

5. Put the stuffing in the middle, the water lubricates the inside edges and zaschipyvaem.

6. Preheat a frying pan with oil, spread dumplings and fry until lightly golden brown.

7. Then pour a little water (to cover the dumplings in half), cover and cook until ready. It will take about 5 minutes, the water should evaporate. Serve hot.

You can eat with a variety of sauces to your liking.
