Appetizer of tomato and cheese: delicious and easy

You will need:

- large tomatoes - 3-4 pcs .;
- Cheese - 200 grams;
- Sour cream - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- Eggs - 2 pcs .;
- Salt and Provencal herbs to taste.

1. Make two incisions with a knife in tomatoes. Dipped in boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain, cool and peel. Cut tomatoes circles 1 cm thick.

2. Mix 2 eggs and cream, whisk. Season with salt and add the Provence herbs. Spices can use any of your choice. I really like this appetizer just with Provencal herbs.

3. Grate the cheese on a grater and add to the mix.

4. Tomatoes dipped in egg-cheese curd and put on a heated pan with oil. Fry 2 sides until golden brown.
