Required:
Fillet - 200 g;
Zucchini - 200 grams;
Egg - 2 pcs.;
Sour cream (can substitute for mayonnaise) - 3 tablespoons.;
Onions - 1 pc.;
Cheese - 100 gram;
Garlic - 2 cloves;
Salt, spices - to taste.
1. Rinse fillets. Zucchini cleaned from the skin, remove seeds. Onions and garlic to clean.
2. Zucchini coarsely grate and squeeze the juice.
3. Fillet cut into large chunks and crank through a meat grinder, and turn the bow.
4. Combine zucchini and fillets, add 2 eggs, squeeze the garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Mix.
