Each of us is afraid to look at all 40-50 of 30 years. And we always want to look young. Accelerated aging of our skin is affected by two factors: genetics and lifestyle. - sudden changes in weight: do not dramatically lose weight, it is recommended a month to lose no more than 3 kg, otherwise the skin will not have time to drag;
- Smoking: I'm not one of those who have a negative attitude towards smokers and understand that snapped - hard, but if you are worried about your skin - will have to decide something with you smoking;
- stress: here you will be yoga classes;
- exposure to extreme climate impacts;
- disease processes.
