In this article I want to share a simple exercise, which has beneficial effects on our body. Exercise is simple and does not require much effort and time consuming. This exercise is rotated by hand.
Probably many will remember it with physical education classes, as we did before the lesson workout. It is desirable to perform the exercise in the morning.
