Do you love chocolate? I just love this treat. Quite difficult to find in stores is a natural product, without the various additives. So I decided to cook it yourself! Care products are not so much. You will need:

  • milk powder - 250 g;
  • Sugar - 180 g;
  • butter - 120 g;
  • water - 100 ml.

Preparation:

Milk powder and cocoa need to connect and mix until smooth. Connect the water and sugar, put on the fire and wait for the boiling mass. Once the mixture comes to a boil, cook it for another 6 minutes, stirring constantly. When the mass begins to thicken, put the pieces of butter, remove from heat and stir until smooth.

Connect dry and oil mixture, if desired, you can add the crushed nuts, raisins, dried berries. Stir the mixture again, pour it into the prepared molds.

Remove the ground in a cool place for a few hours to the chocolate froze!
