Recipe
You will need:
• eggplant - 1 piece;
• pepper - 2 pieces;
• onions - 2 pieces;
• zucchini - 1 pc .;
• Garlic - 5 cloves;
• stretch. oil - 5 tablespoons;
• soy sauce - 4 tablespoons;
• 9% vinegar - 2 tablespoons.
Preparation:
Zucchini and eggplant cut into large chunks, peppers should be cleaned and cut into arbitrary pieces, onion - rings. Generally, in this recipe, this dish has been used only vegetable eggplant.
