Usually, when called into the forest for a picnic, all the fancy fried skewers with an incredible aroma and juicy taste. But not all of us eat meat products. Therefore, especially for adherents of vegetarianism I suggest just 3 delicious recipes for outdoor recreation.
First recipe - vegetable salad
You will need:
• eggplant - 4 pcs .;
• tomatoes - 4 pcs .;
• bell pepper - 2 pcs .;
• mushrooms - 0.5 kg;
• greens;
• Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp .;
• soy sauce - 5 tbsp .;
• Garlic - 1 clove;
• salt.
Preparation:
Wash products. First pour butter and mushroom sauce, and leave them to marinate, turning regularly. After that, pour a few tablespoons of the marinade to prepare a salad. Cut the peppers into 6 parts along. Products are strung on a skewer in the following sequence: through a middle of a mushroom cap, tomato and eggplant - along peppers from both sides. Grill the skewers, turning it periodically. The finished dish cool, peel and chop the vegetables. Put all in a bowl, put the garlic, parsley and season mushroom marinade.
Recipe second - cheese in foil
You will need:
• Adygei cheese - 1 / round;
• Tomatoes - 2 pcs .;
• Yellow bell pepper - 1 pc .;

• Vegetable oil - 8 tablespoons
Preparation:

• Salt - 2.5 tsp .;
• Lemon juice - 2 tbsp .;
• Vegetable oil - 100 ml.
Do barbecue:
Zucchini take a young, cut them into slices with the skin. Pepper, cut into 4 pieces, chop onion, garlic powder. Finely chop the basil. Put in a bowl all the ingredients (except tomatoes), add spices, and lemon juice. Take away in the fridge for a couple of hours.
