Recipe

You will need:

  • berry - 1 kg;
  • sugar - 1 kg;
  • lemon juice - 4 tablespoons

Cooking jam:

In the morning, place the dish on the fire, boil, pour lemon juice, stir and simmer for another 5 minutes. All! While the jam is still hot, pour it in sterilized jars and roll up. Immediately invert the jars upside down cover with a warm cloth and leave until cool. Then it is possible to remove the treat in a closet or closet. I use small jars in 250 ml and a screw cap. If you do all of the prescription, the cherries you get the volume of 1.6 liters, the rest of the berries - 1 liter.
