  • selenium, which prevents the occurrence of cardiac disease and protects against the emergence and spread of cancer cells.

As you can see, each type of their specific beneficial properties on the basis of which people choose on the shelves of meat.

So what's still useful?

Yet, when asked what is more useful, beef or veal, it is worth thinking about, and some species can cause more harm to the body? And is there any contraindications to the use of these types of meat? When viewed from this side, then, clearly, veal useful! For example, it is worth noting that in the adult cattle many times more purine compounds, which contribute to the formation of uric acid. This, as many know, is very bad for the joints, especially if a person has a similar disease. In addition, beef may contain toxic compounds if the cow has grown to the same conditions in an unhealthy environment. In simple terms, cigarette butts did not have time even to eat something harmful and toxic, while cows, in particular, if it was not proper for them unattended, can have even debris from the tank!

If you still prefer beef, be sure to drain the water several times during cooking this type of meat, and do not forget about the dangers of frying meat, no matter what, veal or beef!
