Shashlik on nature - it's just the best holiday. But I suggest you to cook the meat in the oven, and treat them to their loved ones at home for a family dinner. You'll be amazed at the softness, juiciness and taste. A worthy alternative shish kebabs in the woods!

I have long been looking for a recipe for the meat, so that it get soft and juicy. Usually it is in the oven I get too dry, and when the fry in a pan, it turns a little something that I would like. And oil splatters in different directions. So sought-searched, and found I still recipe, and no one, but two! I want to share with you!

Meat in Georgian

The first recipe of Georgian cuisine. Everybody knows that Georgia is very tasty cooked meat dishes, and so I propose to try to bake meat in the oven. Magic marinade with lemon juice makes the meat juicy pieces of unreal, and yet soft.

You will need:

  • Meat - 1 kilogram (beef or pork);
  • Honey - 2 tablespoons;
  • Lemon - half;
  • sour cream - 1 tablespoon;
  • the taste of spices (I rosemary, hops-suneli, coriander);
  • greens to taste (I love dill, basil and parsley);
  • salt and pepper.

Preparation:

Cut the meat into small pieces, place in a bowl, add the chopped herbs and squeeze to get the juice from the lemon. To taste, add salt, pepper, spices and honey. All the mix, cover something and store it in the fridge for 3 hours to marinated meat.

After that you need to add to the meat of the sour cream, mix well and put all the pieces in a baking dish. Cooking the meat should at 180 degrees for 60-90 minutes, depending on the size of pieces.

Serve the meat can be any vegetable side dishes and salads!

Shish kebab in the sleeve

I agree, that the meat in the oven does not work completely the way out in the woods on fire, but believe me, home kebab or slightly worse than any "standard"! In this recipe, the key role played by the onion bag, which gives juicy and elegant flavor of the dish.

You will need:

  • Pork - 1.5 kilogram;
  • bow - 10 pieces;
  • spices for a shish kebab;
  • pepper;
  • salt;
  • Lemon - half;
  • vinegar - 150 ml;
  • sugar - 3 tablespoons.

Preparation:

Cut the meat into small pieces, put on plastic wrap on top and cover with foil. A little beat off the one and the other. Onions grate (4 pieces), add to it salt, pepper, seasoning shish kebab. Place the marinade in a bowl and add to the meat, mix well pieces. Remove the meat marinated in the refrigerator for 2 h.

The remaining onions cut into half rings, place in a bowl, add the lemon juice, vinegar, sugar and a little boiling water. Leave to marinate onions need 1 hour, after which Decant all liquid.

Take sleeve for baking, lay flat bow word, and then one layer on top distribute meat pieces previously taking out them from the fridge. Sleeve tight tie and 2-3 places with a knife, do small holes.
