Curd lazy pierogi
You will need:
- water - 100 ml;
- Wheat flour - 250-300 g;
- seq. oil - 30 g;
- Eggs - 2 pcs .;
- curd - 450 g;
- Sugar - 4 tbsp. l .;

How to cook:
Boil water and then pour it into the container and dissolve it in oil. Separately whisk 1 egg, salt and adding flour. Connect the two mixtures. Knead the dough until it is elastic. Now you need to put the dough in a plastic bag. Set it aside for 30 minutes to "rest".
The second egg separate the yolk from the protein. Yolk pound with sugar, and mix with cottage cheese. You can add a little vanilla.
Roll out the dough into the reservoir, top with the filling and roll up everything in the sausage.
The resulting roll should be cut into pieces. Cook for 15 minutes!
Lazy dumplings with potatoes

After the mashed potatoes cool, add to it pepper, salt, eggs, baking soda, slaked with vinegar, and then the sifted flour. Knead the dough. This should be done by hand. Knead until the dough no longer stick to your hands, you can add a little more flour if necessary.
The finished dough roll in the not thin sausage and cut it into small pieces. Boil water and add salt, and then accurately by using skimmers, put the potato slices in hot water. Once again water has boiled dumplings and emerge, they will be sufficient to boil 2 minutes.
Put the finished dish in a colander, wait until the water has drained a bit, and serve our table. Until dumplings are cooked, you can fry the onion!
