Composition:

  • rye bread (black) - 300 grams;
  • water - 3-4 liters;
  • sugar - 10-15 tablespoons;
  • raisins - 2 tbsp.

How to cook:

The bread should be cut into small pieces and to dry in the oven until browned crust. Just be sure to watch to not burnt crackers, or brew will be bitter.

Crackers cool, then pour into the prepared container. Boil water, pour into it the sugar and stir. Pour to rusk raisins, sweet and add water. Top capacity needed to cover marlechkoy or cotton cloth and leave for a day to ferment. During this time, the drink begins to foam and biscuits will rise up. But if this did not happen, it means that the bread was of poor quality. Here help the yeast. We need to take 2 tablespoons swollen croutons, put them in a separate container, add 5 g of yeast, 1 tablespoon sugar and 1/2 Art. water. Stir the mixture and when it swells, add it to brew.
