You will need:

  • mozzarella - 250 g;

Preparation:

You will need:

  • chicken breast - 1 pc .;
  • pepper - 2 pcs .;
  • cottage cheese - 20 g;
  • any hard cheese - to taste;
  • Garlic - 1 h .;
  • salt and pepper.

Preparation:

This option is slightly easier, in the sense that the more expensive mozzarella and fatter than the usual cheese. Can be used, as in the first recipe, tomatoes, bell peppers but also very tasty.

First you have to cook peppers. Wash them, put in the cooking bag and send it in the oven for 10 minutes. Then remove, cool, remove the peel and cut into cubes. Mix the crushed garlic with the pepper and cheese. To taste salt and pepper.

Breast, cut into 2 parts, remove the bone, wash and pat dry with paper towel. Make incisions in the breast, fill the prepared stuffing, and on top just sprinkle cheese. Bake for about 40 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. After that, cover the chicken with foil, turn off the oven, dish and hold it for another half hour.

Creative version of chicken "Hasselbek"
