  • turkey fillet - 350 g;
  • canned pineapple - 1 pc;
  • onions - 20 g;
  • Tomato - ½ piece;
  • apple cider vinegar - 1 tbsp .;
  • sugar - ½ tbsp .;
  • Garlic - 3-4 cloves;
  • teriyaki sauce - 2 tbsp

If not teriyaki sauce, the meat may be marinated in 100 ml of soy sauce and ketchup 100 grams.

Cooking method

Since I used the medallions of fillet, it took me less time to prepare, since they do not need to cut. Just immediately started to marinating.

1. To the meat add the pressed garlic.

2. Next season with teriyaki sauce and salt. We reserve the turkey to marinate for about an hour.

4. Until the onions and meat are marinated, prepare a supplement for barbecue. Mugs pineapple cut into 4 pieces.

5. Large circles chopped tomatoes (my tomato varieties "Cream").

6. Stringing meat on skewers, alternating with pineapple, onion and tomato. On each skewer, I made a different taste "breakdown": sweet, sour, sweet and neutral.

7. Send turkey on skewers in the oven for 30-35 minutes. Temperature is set to 180 ° C.

8. Serve juicy turkey breast with pineapple, onions and tomatoes on skewers. Season the finished kebabs can teriyaki sauce, but most will give tenderness cream sauce.
