  • ryazhenka - 500 ml;
  • boiling water - 200 ml;

  • sugar - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • soda - ½ tsp

All ingredients, except of course boiling water should be at room temperature.

Cooking method

1. Eggs break into a form which will knead the dough. There also send the salt and sugar. Beat until light foam, using a conventional plug.

2. Now pour fermented baked milk.

3. Then add the sifted flour. Knead the dough until it is smooth.

4. In boiling water soda breed.

5. Pour boiling water into the dough and all a good break whisk.

6. In the final step is to add the oil and stir again.

7. Before pancakes, the dough must rest for 10-15 minutes. After that, in a classic case fry pancakes.
