Ingredients
- flour - 3 st;
- sour milk - 3 tablespoons;
- sour cream - 1 tablespoon;
- boiling water - 1 tablespoon;
- Eggs - 5 pcs;
- sugar - 1.5 tbsp .;
- Soda - 1 tsp .;
- Salt - a pinch.
All components take room temperature.

Cooking method
1. In sour milk add eggs, sugar and salt. Stir.
2. Add sour cream, I took a 15% fat content.
