I remember as a child my mother cooked for the holidays crab salad. For me it was always a compound of hearty and succulent products. Among the hearty rice, crab sticks and eggs. Juiciness also give cucumber salad and, of course, sauce, mayonnaise in my case.

Ingredients

  • boiled rice - 1 cup;
  • crab sticks - 200g;
  • cucumber - 2 pieces;
  • boiled eggs - 3 pcs;
  • canned sweet corn - 1 bank;
  • mayonnaise - to taste.
And, you can prepare the other salad option with crab sticks, but the most interesting thing - except corn!

Cooking method

1. Fresh cucumbers cut into - the shape and size of arbitrary, but do not make too big to cucumbers not much stood out against the backdrop of corn and especially rice.

2. Cut the crab sticks.

3. Shred boiled eggs.

4. In salad bowl to the already chopped ingredients, add boiled and cooled rice. To get this delicious rice, when cooked, I add a little salt in addition to the curry or turmeric.

5. Do not forget about corn, spices and mayonnaise. Among the spices, I chose the most simple: salt and black pepper.
