Nimble hot sandwiches "Boats" with chicken and mushrooms

I used to do "reserves"... No, I do not Plyushkin. Just preparing dinner, I save the meat and vegetables in the morning to make a quick but hearty breakfast or a snack on the job to her husband.

Ingredients

  • fried chicken - 100 g;
  • tomatoes - 1 pc;
  • mushrooms - 5 pcs;
  • onion - 1/2 units;
  • Cheese - 50 g;
  • bun - 3 pcs;
  • cream / mayonnaise - 2 tbsp .;
  • vegetable oil - 1 tbsp

Cooking method

1. First, prepare the meat filling. Chicken cut into cubes. Send to brown. Then passeruem onions. Mushrooms cut into arbitrary and also fry.

2. Fresh tomato cut into middle-sized cubes.

3. Send to the main meat stuffing. Stir. Add sour cream or mayonnaise.

4. Bagel extract the pulp.

Please note that the prepared stuffing, I have only two buns. The third laid slightly different composition: sausage, cream cheese and sour cream. On top of each of the boats and sprinkle with grated cheese.
