If the fan borscht is my husband, then I prefer spicy food. Therefore, even the soup I cook with ostrinkoy. I propose to introduce one of my favorite soups with meatballs, vegetables and spicy pepper.

Ingredients
- red bell pepper - 50 g;
- carrots - 30 g;
- Potatoes - 100 g;
- hot pepper - 1.5 cm .;
- mince - 100 g;
- vegetable oil - 1 tbsp .;
- egg - 1 pc .;
- water - 500 ml.
Cooking method
1. Smaller cut into cubes of bell peppers.
2. Similar diced chopped carrots.
3. Passeruem vegetables in the same pan in which the soup will cook.
4. Red hot pepper cleaned from seeds and cut into rings.
5. Send to zazharki hot pepper.
6. Potatoes cut into cubes.
7. Lay the potatoes in a saucepan, fry literally 3 minutes.
8. Fill it with water or broth.
9. Minced form a small meatballs. It is possible to add the onion and garlic. Cook just 10 minutes.
10. 5 minutes before the break off into the soup scrambled egg. Stir.
We give the soup a little brew. Add the fresh herbs and serve.
