"Munich": German potato salad with herring and French mustard

Salad "Munich" in its various interpretations, appears on the table in our family quite often. Today I decided to stick to the most traditional recipe. And niskolechko made the right decision!

Ingredients

  • salted herring fillets - 100 g;
  • Potatoes - 150 g;
  • pickles - 2 pcs;
  • mustard seeds - 1 tsp .;
  • onion - ½ piece;
  • feathers onions - 1 bunch;
  • apple cider vinegar - ½ tbsp

Cooking method

1. Pickles finely chopped.

2. Cut slices in a uniform pre-boiled potatoes.

3. Shinkuem onions and green onions.

4. Also cubes cut herring.

5. Mix the ingredients.

6. Now prepare the dressing by combining a bit of oil out of the herring, mustard and apple cider vinegar.
