  • egg white - 1 piece;
  • salt - to taste;
  • water - 3 liters;
  • ground black pepper - to taste.

Cooking method

1. Preparation of starting well before the main steps: pork legs for purity required taste is soaked in cold water. Then re-wash and only then put the stew.

We prepare them in splendid isolation for 1 hour. Water should be two times greater than the meat component.

2. At this time, wash the rest of the meat. I took the beef on the bone.

3. Broth boil in the following sequence: first hour cook only legs. After one hour laying beef and chicken, cook another 4 h. In the last hour of laying the roots. And remember that in a pot in any case can not add water. To less liquid evaporated, the fire should be minimal. We seem tormented contents of the pan on the stove, but do not boil. Gurgle content should not. During cooking, do not forget to remove the foam.

4. After 6 hours the broth is filtered through several layers of cheesecloth.

6. While the broth infused with garlic, quickly remove the meat from the bone, breaking it into fibers. Put the meat on the bottom of the tank, which will be poured the broth. Then the carrots will.

7. Again, the meat - it should be a lot.

8. Fill all the broth, and send in the refrigerator.

I clutched aspic night. It is possible that the process has gone faster, but I checked the jelly only in the morning.
