- pork leg - 1 pc;
- meat (chicken, beef, pork) - 1.5 kg;
- Water - 2 liters;
- Onion - 1 pc;
- Carrots - 1 pc;
- salt - to taste;
- Garlic - 5 cloves;
- spices for brawn - to taste.
Cooking method
To prepare aspic I will use three kinds of meat: pork, beef and chicken. On the basis of pork legs I will form a jelly. Beef will give flavor and taste. Well, the chicken will be mainly responsible for the amount of meat.
1. Regarding pork legs: wash them well (even a brush may be), and fill with water leaving a minimum of 12 hours. It is desirable to change the water every 3-4 hours, but it is possible. After soaking, wash again, and only then send in Multivarki bowl to another meat.
2. Method of preparation of aspic in multivarka slightly different from cooking on the stove. In the second case, first we lay in the water only gelling agents: tails, ears and feet. But multivarka simplifies the preparation: just laying all the meat in a bowl and fill it with water.
Meat my knuckle of pork, chicken leg, half a chicken breast on the bone, beef on the bone. Put the mode "Putting out" at 5:00.
3. After 5 hours, we send in a bowl of washed but not peeled onion, carrot, garlic, spices for brawn. Again, mode "Putting out" time of 60 minutes.
4. It is noteworthy that in contrast to the classical aspic on a plate, in soup multivarka hardly digested. But this does not affect the gelling properties.
5. After an hour from the broth extract the meat and vegetables. We filter the broth, salt, while it is hot, the salt sold well.
6. Meat remove from bones. Carrots can be laid on the bottom. Also, for the severity of the meat can be mixed with a further portion of garlic.
7. Fill the meat broth and put in the fridge to harden.
What I liked jellied Multivarki? It does not require constant monitoring, and the broth is less digested. Aspic turns out very tasty and beloved "drozhalki" it has more, but the experience - less. Bon Appetit!
