Something to hide, mayonnaise is now in almost every home. Not every home there is a cream, milk or fermented baked milk. But mayonnaise... you come to a neighbor, just be able to lend the excess packaging. Therefore, I decided today to remember the past and to make biscuits on mayonnaise, but it will fry in the form on the gas. Unusually, right?

Ingredients

  • Eggs - 3 pcs;
  • sugar - ⅔ cup;
  • salt - a pinch;
  • mayonnaise - 200 g;
  • flour - 2-2.5 cups;
  • butter - 200 g;
  • baking powder - 1 tsp

Cooking method

1. Divide the eggs into a bowl, add sugar and salt.

2. Beat eggs until dissolution of the crystals, add mayonnaise and stir.

3. We should be sent melted, but chilled butter.

4. Last entry flour with baking powder - Pour not all at once, and in portions. As you can see, there is specified not an exact measure. Therefore, the focus, as will the dough.

How to understand how much flour you need? Consistency. The dough should smoothly sliding with a spoon or halo.

5. Special baking dish or pan on the stove prokalyaem. Coat with butter and spread 2-3 tablespoons of dough. First, better put 2 tablespoons - better smaller than the dough will run over the edge.

6. The process takes 1-3 minutes on each side. The exact time depends on the level of heat - it is better to do less and get high-quality cookies.

Such cookies are best kept under the lid to keep it soft.
