- puff pastry - 250 g;
- sugar - 100 grams;
- butter - 35 g;
- Cinnamon - 1 tsp
In addition to the cinnamon and sugar filling, you can add crushed nuts and poppy seeds.
Cooking method
1. the dough sheet is rolled into the layer thickness to 0.2-0.3 cm. When it is rolled in one direction - so the cookies will be more layered.
2. We coat the dough with melted butter, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
3. Visually divide the dough into two parts, we begin to fold the edges to the middle. So we form the shape of the cookies.
4. Cut the resulting tube into portions cookies. Width - less than 1 cm.
5. On a baking sheet or baking dish lined with parchment, spread cookies.
6. We bake our "ears" at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
